After making enthusiasts wait for a long time, Triumph finally launched the new Street Triple in the Indian market a few months back. We first got to ride the new Street Triple S but returned a bit dejected. The base model missed the magic element of its predecessor that made it one of the best streetbikes we had ever ridden. But we hadn’t lost hope on the 2017 Street Triple range yet as we knew that the RS variant was coming to India for the first time soon.
The bike has been priced at Rs 10.55 lakhs, which is a premium of close to Rs 1.84 lakh over the Street Triple S. So, do the addition of better cycle parts and more electronic wizardry make the new motorcycle worth the extra premium over the base bike?
