Hero Electric opened eight new dealerships in states like Assam, Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. 15 more dealerships are planned to be inaugurated by Hero Electric by the end of July 2019. At present, Hero has 600 touchpoints in India and it plans to expand to over 1500 by the end of 2021.

- Hero Electric Optima DX is not available for sale in the market. The model has been discontinued. On the other hand, Okinawa PraisePro could be a good option if you are looking for a feature-rich scooter with a decent range. It gets a 2.0 KWH battery that offers a claimed range of 110 km/charge. The e-scooter comes equipped with a portable lithium-ion battery that can be charged within 2-3 hours according to the company. It also shares most of its features with the standard Praise. This includes central locking with an anti-theft alarm, keyless entry and a USB. Moreover, do take a test ride before making the final decision.
