After Purchase Experience

I purchased Kivo Easy Smart Plus. On the day of the purchase, I couldn't be satisfied as it was delivered in partial and the accessories were delivered after 4 - 6 months. Prior warranty period battery become dead and I couldn't find a service provider as the seller closed his business. Now Motovolt is handling the repair of the same on a chargeable basis however the item is delivered thrice without attending the failure. If you wish or plan to buy this my sincere advice you can spend that money on charity for needy people. Now I am planning to sell it on scrap as it occupies space.

Very poor battery management

Very poor battery management i have this model after 6 month change my e bicycle battery and after 6 months not change but battery finish useless battery.
