Cycle Quality is good. But very bad for battery. It has been 6 months since I bought the bicycle. Bicycle1battery problems are common. It has been a problem twice in 6 months. The shopkeeper or the company does not1understand properly. After buying the bike, who are you? If the battery is under warranty, it will be replaced1or repaired free of charge. 15000 rupees out of pocket for new battery when battery warranty expires. It takes 1 to 1.5 months to replace or repair the battery. Very bad service.
The cycle is so good and I am very happy after buying the cycle and I don't know how to thank you this company1all the service is good and the nearby service centre from my place is only 300 km I am not facing any problem
Cycle Quality good, but Battery problems will start in 6 months. Battery replacement or battery repair will be1available after 1 month to 1.5 months. Very bad service. My bike battery problem has happened 2 times in 6 months of purchase. The shopper1doesn't understand or the company doesn't understand. If there is a warranty, they will fix the battery for1free, but if they do it late, after the warranty expires, they will have to pay 15 thousand rupees for the battery. After buying the bike, he will tell you who you are. Don't buy electric1battery type cycle or vehicle.
