Its worst response from company site because i have 4 months battery warrenty for my epluto 7g but they not to repair my battery and they told me to pay 38000 thousand for new battery

@ Dillip | PURE EV is offering a standard warranty of 3 years or 40000 KM with the Epluto electric scooter.

But the dealer says one year comprehensive warranty. And three year warranty on battery.

It's only a year warranty on vehicle and 3 years on battery. Unfortunately charger is not good and doesn't get replaced. Without charger bike is just an sitting duck at home.

I am also facing same issue, battery is getting dead after 4 point. And pure ev people are saying to pay 38000 for new battery. My scooter still under warranty.
