Q. What is the difference between ABS and standard variant - Pulsar RS200?

Here ABS means Anti-lock Breaking System, & standard variant is non ABS version i,e with only double Dics. This ABS features is a choice for the customer to buy as ABS or standard variant as ABS is meant for safety of the driver in case of any emergency or panic breaking, which allows the wheels to stop without any types of skids & also locking of wheels, whereas standard feature is not better in terms of sudden breaking. ABS is a safety feature. That it doesn’t allow the skidding the tyres under harsh braking. As the wheel starts skidding the ABS module will detect and cut the brake pressure at the tyre and until the tyre stops skidding, As soon as the tyre start rotating it applies the required amount of brake pressure at that surface for the tyre

Both are same but the difference is only on there braking system as by name it defines ABS and in the standard there will be no ABS just simple Disk brake.
