Q. Does it provides smooth rides and what about the suspension, is it okay or bad - VXL 125?

If you are running on good roads feel of Vespa in terms of control and confidence is awesome! I road it 100kms no stop in mix road of city road, village road and highway. It was awesome ride especially suspensions makes you feel comfortable through corners. But, it the road has lot of potholes, you definitely feel some pain in waist and hands. as the seats are not that soft compared to other brands

In my opinion, Vespa VXL 125 is good in terms of road grip as it has wide tyres, better sitting position and comfirtable handling. But, Vespa suspensions are little stiff in my personal opinion and seats are quit firm so if you are riding on long strech of bad road you will feel pain in your waists and wrists.Although, as I said initially due to its wide tyres and better sitting position, it holds the roads better.

I doubt it. I mean it's not all about just riding. It should be comfortable and should be able to handle it in extreme conditions so that you are not left helpless when there are potholes on road and you have to apply brakes every single minute I hope you understand

Yes, the riding position is comfortable for riders with lower back issues. Also, the suspension is pliant enough to absorb most of the shock caused by going over potholes.

You have to get it serviced every three months. The average cost of service at an authorised service centre is around ₹800. So you can safely assume you would be spending approximately ₹3000 per annum, provided you don't have any serious problems along the way. I have found them to be pretty reliable scooters.
