This question is irrelevant, RE has got more maintanance cost comparing with RS..If u want a sturdy and compact machine, go for RS.RE is of poor build quality. Welding patches and holes appears here and there. These patches starts to rust and eat away the paints.I noticed a rusty silencer on a 3 month old RE.

RE maintainability is costly and parts cost is high. When it comes to practicality rs200 is slightly better.
