Q. When they say Thunderbird gives a Power of 20.07PS@5250, what does this RPM mean? Is it engine shaft, wheel sprocket or wheel ( RIM) RPM ?Actually I want to know wheel sprocket RPM. Can someone pls help?

Q. I want to put wider tyres on Thunderbird 350 rear tyre to 140/80 and front to 110/90/or 120/90 As rear Tyre is already 120/90, can I change it to front and put a 140/80 behind. Please suggest also do I need any alteration.
