I have a 2019 RE Classic 350 (not the Signals edition), as well as a Benelli Imperiale 400 which was delivered to me on February 1, 2020. I use both the motorcycles on alternate days. I find that using the RE is easier in city traffic because of its low weight, right turning radius and revving engine. For long rides on open stretches of the highway, the Benelli outshines the RE because of it’s smooth engine, vibration free operation at higher speeds and stability due to it’s heavy weight. The Benelli is difficult to get in and out of right parking spots because of it’s larger dimensions and heavier weight. You have to consider the environment in which you are going to primarily ride before making a decision. In my opinion, both are excellent motorcycles.

I have used the Royal Enfield Electra 350 for around 6 years which is quite similar to the Classic 350 except for the heavier engine crank. I feel the RE has an edge over the Imperiale 400 in city traffic due to the smaller turning radius and lesser body weight. It may also offer better mileage. I consider the Imperiale 400 as much superior on many other counts.

No doubt, imperial 400,only issue is service cost and service centres, but if you wait, you can get new RE which will be on new chassis and new engine without vibrations
