Only thunder 350 or 500,I strongly not recomending you not go with thunderbird 350x or 500x,but you may consider standard 350 or 500 or 350 es or new bullet 350x.

If back pain is severe than I will not recommended riding a 2 wheeler but if its minor pain than you can go for Standard 350 or Thunderbird 350X.
