Wow dude, did you buy your bike at some duplicate China shop? I have been riding my V15 for over 3 yrs and never faced any of the problems you have listed. I too travel at 100 kmph+ when I am on long trips. I have done multiple such trips each over 200km with my wife as a pillion, yet never faced any of the issues you have mentioned

Wow dude, did you buy your bike from a Chinese shop? I use V15 for 3 yrs now, never had to do any of the things you have listed. I too ride at 100 KMPH + and have taken multiple long trips along with my wife on my bike

You are right Durgesh. I don't know what improvement Bajaj has done to the new variation coz mine is the first model with all up gearing. Hate to say this but the assembly sucks. The wiring under the fuel tank was laid above the metal frame, squeezed between the tank and frame causing short circuit which I have rearranged. The engine bolt and nuts was not tightened in proper way. Some a bit loose while some over tightened. The exhaust too heavy and cracked near the catalyc converter. Bolt to the engine block loosen and breaks. Should replace with steel bolt immediately after purchase and add spring washer. And worst the connecting rod bearing housing is not tightly fit. Causing problems to the piston and engine block. Had to modify the housing accordingly. The engine block is too thin, can't be rebore for bigger piston. BTW I use racing cdi and run on average 110-120 km/hr full throttle. Lol

Bajaj V15 has its own charm and pride to offer. Its believed to be manufactured of the metal of INS Vikrant ship. It does have a national feeling to it. The ride quality is nice and balanced. The earlier Bajaj V15 had some issues which were pretty much all resolved in the new models. It has good amount of road-presence, the maneuverability is excellent and hence turns out to be a great commuter with descent mileage to offer. I've done a 24 hrs non-stop ride from Kaza to Delhi via the World's Most Treacherous Road (with a pillion and heavy luggage) and It didn't leave me in a difficult situation and still rides great. So I guess that says it all.

Possibly so. The Bajaj executive showroom at Malad does treat its customers like they are some duplicate china shop. Possibly even duping them into buying defective motorcycles and thus with it giving them a horrible experience of their lifetime.
