Maruti eVX

Motor: Maruti Suzuki has not revealed the detailed specifications yet but as far as we know, the eVX is expected to get a 60kWh battery pack which can offer a claimed range of up to 550 km. It might get both dual-motor all-wheel drive (AWD) and single-motor two-wheel drivetrain options. The concept eVX measures 4300 mm in length, 1800 mm in width and 1600 mm in height. The production spec will likely measure the same.

Rivals: The Maruti Suzuki eVX will compete against the Tata Curvv EV, BYD Atto 3 and the MG ZS EV. It will also lock horns with the upcoming Hyundai Creta EV.

Range: eVX can go upto Upto 550 KM after a full charge.

Maruti Suzuki has globally unveiled the India-bound eVitara compact electric SUV, ahead of its expected India launch in 2025. It is the production-ready version of the eVX concept showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo and its production will begin in early 2025 at Maruti’s Gujarat plant. Set to be the carmaker’s first EV for the Indian market, it is built on the new HEARTECT-e platform, specially developed for battery electric vehicles. Internationally, it is offered with 41 kWh and 69 kWh battery pack options, with both 2WD and 4WD setups, and generates up to 249 PS/300 Nm. However, details of the India-specific powertrain are yet to be revealed.
