  • Q. Is Renault Triber 1.0-litre petrol engine available as a 7-seater, is it under powered? Will it have a capacity to take a long trip with 7 people?

    1.0L engine is slightly under powered, but considering Maruti omni, which is 800cc, 39BHP 60NM torque, where 7 people travel in it many times. Triber is 1000cc 71BHP and 96NM torque we can travel with 7 people in a better way

    @ Satya | No, don't take risk of long tour with 7 people. when you start ac then it draining the fuel horribly and speed also down. engine noise increse.

    Very right for 7 people very poor 1000 cc is not sufficient,AC on mean pulling will be hard,going on hill it's very difficult to pull must increase engine to 1500 cc minimum.otherwise total failure.

    It has energy to haul 7 people and for long trips. It is a successful engine abroad for Renault cleo. Suggest to see reviews of this car before buying triber
