My father purchased Duster in 2012 RXZ 110. I sold it in 2021 April. He drove 399667 kms. In this period we had changed one set of complete suspension, electrical wiring, clutch, 4 times brake pads and once brake rotors. 1 time all the wheel bearings at different instances. We had to change AC compressor once. Full alternator set once. Fuel float once. Painted twice.Changed the wheels once. Tyres 3.5 times Great fuel efficiency, comfortable car for Indian roads.

The cost of my Duster at 60000 KM has been billed at Rs 50000 which is too much and waste of money. The parts fail very easily and the Service man has std answer its your wish. They dont even share the escalation matrix and are not at all open

The highest maintenance cost. The parts replacef fail very easily. And cost of maintenance is very high. Every 10k you go for duster maintenance they charge additional min 10k saying this part jas failed. And worst part is they don't even care for your money. They are the nto business with earning from after sales only. 35k is the cost at 1.2l km servicing. The cost of maintenance is as high as 4 per km . Please don't buy this brand very deceptive.

I have driven my duster RXZ 110 PS 85000 km in 4.5 years . the total service and repair cost to me in this time has been 2.1 lacs. Its a very high maintenance car with a very poor after sales service . i would strongly suggest against buying this vehicle

My Duster RxL Plus Diesel have done 58000 km in the last 6.5 year and doing well still now. Regular maintenance is done almost in time. Total service cost during this time is about 30000 Only .

RXZ110PS- I too have the same experience, I am 60K done and changing the fuel injection second time, first time they changed it on warranty and second time from my pocket.

I have 2014 duster which I drove over 1,60,000 kms. I agree that the maintenance is quite expensive but duster is the best car I have ever had out of my 7 cars.
