Can the middle row in Maruti Suzuki XL6 be fitted with 3 seats (bench) instead of captain seats?

I have also searched the middle row additional fitting seat. It is very simple. But, for seating 3 peoples it is not so convenient as the original bench seat. But, we must note one think. Even in Innova car there are many options as 6 seater, 7 seater, 8 seater in the same vehicle and we can purchase as we like. Innova is more luxuries than XL6. But, they provided the option for seating, but why not in XL6.Also, XL6 and Ertiga are different appearance. If the customer like the XL6 they can't purchase Ertiga. So, 7 seater in XL6 is must

Bench seat should be provided in XL6 as an option otherwise one seat less feels like being thugged. Comparably, Ertiga doesnt have features like DRL, led lights, Cruise Control etc which is provided even in cars costing Rs.5 lakhs.

This 2nd row thing is the sad part. Otherwise it is such a good car and nothing could stop buyers who think as I do from buying it. Suzuki should come up with the 3 seater option for second row to boost sales...

Xl6 is a luxorious family car. In a family car nobody likes to travel by individual seating. So, 7 seater bench option must be given. If i like 7 seater in Xl7, I never go in Ertiga even it is cheaper in price. Also, attachment in between bucket seat is no so convenient and appearance is also not so good. So, company fitted 3 seater bench must be an option

Extra seat can be placed in XL6 to make it 7 seater. I have done
it. Extra seats available online between 5500-7000

In my opinion the captain seats in 2nd row & bench seat in 3rd row is most appropriate.it tells the class of the vehicle which is most spacious & a comfort factor.

Yes, but not precisely, a small middle seat can be fitted in between both the captain seats of 2 row, search youtube. XL6 modified to XL7.

You should have gone for the Ertiga instead - company fitted 7 seater. The USP of XL6 over Ertiga is the captain seat in 2nd row.

The basic concept of buying an XL6 is to have 4 bucket seats . if you wanted bench seats you should have gone in for the ertiga
