  • Q. Does anyone know if i20 Asta variant can receive wireless android auto and apple carplay via software update?The wireless charging dock is pretty much useless if I have to use a wire anyway for android auto and apple carplay

    It cannot be installed afterward. Moreover, we would suggest you have a word with the nearest authorized service center of Hyundai for the same. If you install it from aftermarket then it may void or hamper your car's warranty.

    Well said bro. the same questions I raised with Company & Dealer. There was no proper reply. When we purchase the higher-end version, all features available in the lower version should be provided with additional better features. But here in question, the Sportz version had this beautiful feature, whereas in Asta O the wireless car play is not provided. What fun it is?

    @ Tanuj | +1 on the question. Makes no sense to have a wireless charger only to connect it to a wire after all for carplay/android auto! And when sportz has it, why not Asta or N Line N8? I know a few dongles can be purchased that would do the trick but availability in India is not great.
