The problem with Jeep is availability of parts, if something needs to be replaced. I met with a minor accident and I had sent the vehicle for service on the 11th of July, ...read more
2022 to MPS motors, Bangalore. Initially they told I will get the vehicle in 2 weeks, since one of the parts was not available. Then they told it will take one more week. Then they told it will take 10 + days instead of one more week. As per the current estimate, the part will not be available at least before 18 days, as against the initial one week. As on today, I cannot expect to get the vehicle before 1.5 months :( The worst part is, if you complain to Jeep, nobody gets back to you with a status. You have to keep calling them. I have asked multiple times to at least give me a loaner car, till I get my vehicle. They have not been able to give me that as well. So they don't try and make things happen for you. They just say, we don't have parts, we don't have loaner car. You can find from the internet, many customers have had such experiences/long delays due to non-availability of parts with Jeep. Jeep is aware of this problem and still they do not want to fix it. Maybe it costs them more to maintain minimum availability of parts. Not to mention 2 other issues which I had reported during my first service, which the service manager dismissed as non issues:1. Clutch getting very hard within the first service2. Pressure in rear left tire gets very low (to 16, instead of 32)At least this time, they have agreed to look into the issue. But I can be assured only when the issues are fixed.Overall the frustrating experience still continues for me.

pick up, the door work was not done and the service advisor had no idea that the doors had to be done as well. Had to wait another week for the car. If you complain to their call centre, they will turn you back to the service centre so basically there is no escalation matrix at Jeep India. If your car is stuck at the dealer, you are at their mercy. Jeep India as a company does not give a damn about after sales service. So, please keep this in mind while buying Jeep in India.
