• Q. I am planning to purchase a Duster petrol. W.r.t. similar other SUVs, e.g. Creta, how much attractive is its mileage or fuel economy? Any real experience shared is welcome!

Go for duster diesel variant as it gives claimed mileage of 19.6 in highway and 15 to 16 around city and if you talk about CRETA wrt fuel economy then thats beyond discussion. Because hyundai and mileage are two opposite shores of sea that never meet... Duster gives you absolute confidence and stability both through corners and potholes.

Many thanks for your prompt and pointed reply. As I drive around 8000 km / year and the petrol car is quite cheaper, I am thinking to buy the petrol variant. Any other plus about the diesel one apart from the mileage? - Prof. Partha Bhowmick (IIT Kharagpur, India)
