I also got same mileage when the car was new. After 1000km and first service, I am getting mileage of 16. Eco mode with cruise control, I am getting mileage of 20 on highway. For city, I always use city mode.

My altroz was giving average of 18-19 in local , and on high way I have achieved max 24.5km but soon after one year service in local it's giving only 13-15, when I went to Tata multitech Fbd they said spark plugs are short while car has travelled only 12500km, spark plugs were changed by them but still the condition has not improved giving same 13-15. What next step should I take

You just ride as much Kms as possible. When engine is set you will be definitely getting 15+ mileage. Mine at 3000 Kms giving 16.2 Avg. After 3rd service expecticting the mileage of 2 to 3 Kms.
