Hey Prakash...I've been driving one for the past 2 months and have done about 2800kms. So, as it seems, you're considering it. To that, I'd say - Go Ahead! Nexon is a fantastic product. The AMT is also good, as far AMTs go. I don't have a lot against it.However, there's one thing you *should* keep in mind. If you want performance and better mileage, go for the diesel. But if you can manage to drive it peacefully and not so rigorously, the petrol is a good choice. You will need to work your way around the turbolag a little but since you're choosing the AMT, the right mode will take care of it. Just do not expect sudden bursts of power. The power delivery is very linear. But it saves you some money. Now, a bit of math that I keep telling people. In extremely bad traffic conditions, Petrol may go down to 7kmpl and the Diesel to 11kmpl.This is the worst case scenario. Going by this, by the time you recover the extra cost you'll be paying for the diesel, you would have covered about 28000kms. So, you take a call on how much your driving is going to be. Sorry for the long post but IMHO, petrol is a good choice. You can DM me or drop me an email if you'd like to talk in detail. Peace!
