Q. Is there any steering problem in Creta?

Yes, i have a 16 petrol Creta 2018 and when parking or moving slowly there is a popping feeling in the foot well when turning the steering wheel. I have an auto car so when you rest your foot on the foot rest you feel the popping/ grinding. Hyundai has replaced the steering column, however the problem came back after 2 weeks. They still cannot find the problem.

I Purchased Creta 2020 model on 21 Oct and on 24 Oct (3 days later), power steering sometimes not working in my creta. It took much effort to rotate the steering wheel while standing idle.

Yes, I have Creta-2017 Model. One day while I was driving my car, the steering had been locked randomly and I was not able to move the steering in any direction. I requested Hyundai to check this issue, as it is a very serious problem which may lead to an accident of car during driving.
