Well it may be having Chinese investors but it is based on Britain and a London based company making it subject to UK's laws not Chinese so I don't have any worries with it also heard that their after sales service is good and excellent performance from some of my friends who brought it. In India many companies have more than 50% Chinese investment Flipkart, Paytm , Zomato to name a few if you but they all operate based on India and follow laws set by Indian govt so its safe to say that its okay to use them since they generate jobs for Indians maybe in long-term we can abandum these Chinese companies but right now an abrupt stop in using them is not going to do any good but will have opposite effect on our country.

This company is British Company with Chinese investment, if you feel Chinese, you cant buy many of the house hold and cars of other manufacturers because China is largest supplier of many electronic, mechanical and other equipments. This is vested and biased point on this company and it has given 31% equal opportunity to women and working for rural girl child education. The products are world class don't go by some narrow minded people this is good product and made in India by Indian and for Indian.. Don't just go by the views here Take a test drive and you will love it

Can you guys please stop this BS already!? Let me tell you something Jaguar and Land Rover are now owned by Tata(India) well mostly let's say 80% but those company still has it's own same engineers, Designers etc.. and headquartered in their respected country too, if A 'Company' take over another 'Company' it doesn't mean it belongs to the new owners country, Jaguar once a British company and still a British company and so MG! It's just the ownership. They just invest that's it. And please stop spreading the wrong and inaccurate thing to people who wants to buy something good. Thank you. Bonus Fact: All of the MG(Mostly) designed in the MG London Headquater. Some of the models not. For example, MG Hector Designed in India, Gujarat HQ but MG Astor Designed in London, UK HQ. It depends.
