My brezza used to give an average of 18 to 19.something in city and around 21.something on highway but after my 2nd and 3rd service the average started falling down from 14 to 18. Its constantly on 17 now. The first oil was helix. 2nd was Castrol and the recent is total. I don't know whats wrong.

Mileage of a car depends on proper driving habits, quality of petrol, road traffic conditions, proper tyres pressure and shifting of gears as per speed. Further keeping the engine running without moving can reduce average milage. Please see what factors responsible for low average mileage of your vehicle.

12KMPL r very low in normal city conditions, kindly get it checked from Company, 1) other reasons may be , Adulteration of Diesel, or 2)Faulty Turbocharged Function3)My Brezza r giving me 19 KMPL in City Driving with monthly running of 1500Km in Month .
