I don't think it is necessary as per the manual. I guess the running of the vehicle in terms of kilometres also effects the oil and filter change.

Typically oil change is not needed on the first service, probably it comes up only during the third service. Mine is not changed yet.

It a fun to drive around car in and around the city.Average being offered is around 15-20 km/l.Lack of safety options/features(in the model i owne) is an issue.Best part is you can park it even in tight spaces without any hassles.
