EV6 Key Highlights

Features: The 2025 EV6 comes equipped with features like an augmented reality based navigation system, a digital key that allows you to unlock the car with your smartwatch, an upgraded 14-speaker Meridian sound system, and a fingerprint sensor to start the vehicle. It retains features such as 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, ventilated and powered front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, multiple drive modes, and a wireless phone charger. On the safety front, the updated EV6 now includes 10 airbags and a suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) such as front, side, and rear parking collision avoidance, blind spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and lane keep assist.

Motor: The facelifted Kia EV6 is available with similar powertrain options as before but now includes a larger 84 kWh battery pack. It offers either a 229 PS/350 Nm single electric motor or a 325 PS/605 Nm dual electric motor setup. The single motor variant features a rear-wheel drive, while the dual motor variant comes with all-wheel drive. The long-range 2WD model is capable of delivering a claimed range of 494 km. Despite the larger battery, it can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 18 minutes using a 350 kW DC fast charger.

Rivals: The 2025 EV6 rivals the likes of the Hyundai Ioniq 5, BYD Seal and Volvo XC40 Recharge.

Range: The EV6 can go upto a WLTP-claimed 528km after a full charge.

Charging Time: EV6 battery takes 18Min-DC 350kW-(10-80%) to get charged.

Latest Updates on EV6

Kia has recalled 1,138 units of the EV6, due to a potential defect in the Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU). The units affected were manufactured between March 3, 2022 and April 14, 2023. The software will be updated by Kia free of cost.

It's been quite a few months in terms of its slaunch in the market but still, Kia ev6 could not achieve the target it desired or hoped for.Though it is one the most stunning looking car in the electric vehicle segment it is priced too much and it would not make it to compete even compete with rivals.Kia has good features but it should be practical enough for... buyers in terms of price range.

As a tech enthusiast, I would say that the ev6 is a very refined machine which leaves you speechless after a drive.Its not just sleek on the exterior but also quiet and very powerful.It handles like a true sportscar on steroids and handles just wonderfully even on the roughest of terrains.Overall a hidden gem, A must have car for anyone who loves driving.Do not forget, Its also the safest car to own.

Safest electric car

It has attention-grabbing look and an electric SUV furistric design and is among the safest vehicles in the class. With a strong electric motor, the ride and handling are perfectly mix and the Kia EV6 can travel large distances with ease. It has lots of features, is cosy, and is rather roomy with roughly 192 kmph is the maximum speed. Its range is 500 kilometres per charge and with a full charge takes only eighteen minutes of charging. It performs and has an impressive range and costs a lot less than comparable high-end electric vehicles.

As far as i know its 5 - Runway red, aurora black pearl, yacht blue, moonscape, snow white pearl.

I believe its around 520 liters of boot space. and its expandable to about 1400 odd
