    I don't think it is necessary as per the manual. I guess the running of the vehicle in terms of kilometres also effects the oil and filter change.

    Typically oil change is not needed on the first service, probably it comes up only during the third service. Mine is not changed yet.

    Alto 800 engine requires engine oil change in first service however K10 engine does not requires so.
