In my 22 months ownership, I have not had a single problem. It is built to last. I expect the resale value to be decent.

The early cars put on road by FCA were not very reliable but now they must have sorted out the teething problems. The resale value of Compass is not too great. Ironically very few cars carry good value.

Jeep is solidly build car. As of now it looks completely reliable over long run. Resale value should depend after passages of some time with launch of Hector and Harrier.
