Q. What is the difference between Amt or manual - Swift?

I have driven both and I find Automatic is better for 3 reasons mainly, it is said that mileage is less in automatic, but I feel, it is true for only particular style of driving, otherwise automatic gives good mileage as you are not accelerating too much in any particular gear, and it changes the gear immediately as it crosses 2000 RPM. Second, the maintenance should be less when the car is changing the gear at the right RPM. You may forget to change and it may be less than or more than 2000 RPM. We are not robots, but in automatic the system maintains the ratio correctly. And last, the comfort level is better as you don't bother to change gear your self.
