The facelifted Hector borrows its powertrain from the outgoing model which gets three options: 143PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol ICE, 143PS 1.5-litre petrol mild-hybrid, and 170PS 2-litre diesel engine. A six-speed manual gearbox comes standard, while an optional CVT transmission is offered with the non-hybrid petrol powertrain. The Indonesian markets also get a strong-hybrid powertrain comprising a 123PS and 168Nm 2-liter petrol paired to an electric motor producing 174PS and 320Nm.
