Greetings, My friend is using NEXON KRAZ 1.2 RTN BS4. He is facing numerous problem from the few months of purchase.Initially 3 out of 5 tyres were teared, we asked the tata customer services and ask for replacement and simply they said its not manufacturing mistake.Now his nexon is in the carriage due to MISFIRING IN THE ENGINE.The Authorised Service People says the engine is Defective.We also Raised the complain. No Responds..Wether after SALE service is there or not???

Even day before yesterday, I have experienced same issue. While coming back from log drive (Nexon XZA ) stopped middle of the road.Had to tow the car to workshop.Resolution they were explaining that after they updated the software, issue got resolved. But If they are knowing this issue why are they not updating while service time. Or even re-call.

The new BS6 version has faulty ECU. I own XZA+ variant. It stopped midway on a busy main road of Mumbai suburbs. Tata motors’ emergency response team arranged for a towing van.

ECU complaint. Reports says many cars stopped midway on highways all over India. They are not updating ECU's while delivering the cars. This could happen within 2000 KM audo

Please do not buy Nexon Petrol AMT. It has pick up problem. It heats out and has sparkplug misfire problem. I faced this issue after 16k drive in 1.5 years. Tata service center not able to fix this. I escalated and waiting for permanent solution on this.

Major complaint in ECU. Deepak is right. My brand new nexon (xza+) stalled midway on a busy road in mumbai. Had to tow the car to workshop.
