Q. What is the waiting period for diesel XUV300?

If you are really crazy and particular about this model then only book cause its pure luck if you get your car delivered in tentative date..They will promise at the time of booking that they will arrange the vehicle in 30-45 days. It all depends on the sales person's professionalism as well. I personally experienced with my booking of w8(o) AMT D when ever I call the sales person he simply tells that he will update in two days but those two days never completed since August 28th,2021 some times he simple cut my call and he do not call back for due courtesy.. AGM-sales is also least bothered, he not even look at the whatsapp message and address our query...We are still in ambiguity about the tentative date of the delivery...on the other hand newly launched i20 sold 5k+ units,kia sonet sold close to 4.5k units but xuv300 struggling to cross 4k mark due to semiconductor issue?

I booked my w8(o) on 30th nov 21 and today 28th feb 22 i have cancelled my booking. As from past two weeks i am getting same answer that car is not billed yet. My car delivery date was given 9th march 22.If i would have sticked I believe they would have dragged till 4 to 4.5 months. Which i am not willing to for no reason.Also most disappointing and demotivating think is multiple follow ups i have to take since the booking day. It has never been a single instance when they have updated me in-fact when they knew the car is not billed when it should have, they did not bother to update me. So i doubt them when they ask us to wait for couple of more days. It just seems they have nothing else to say and are well aware of these situations. Or seems its part of their business.
