Does display show safe mode ? There is one 50 Amps fuse inside which cannot be accessed by car user. That fuse might be blown. This 50 Amps fuse was blowing frequently while charging car. Take the car to service station and get it replaced with one New heavy duty fuse which will be replaced free of charge. If this is not the problem, then charger module PCB might have gone faulty. If so charger module to be replaced . This charger module costs around Rs. 45000/-. Now a days Mahindra is not producing E2O PLUS car and mahindra appears to be not interested to sell the car as I don't see any marketing efforts from their side. Probably earthing is not proper in your Electric input level. The Charger is more sensitive to return current path. You should have proper earthing/ grounding in the input Electric supply side.
