Titanium Plus has 6 Airbags and some perks like SYNC3 Infotainmet System which is the best among the cars in segment.But, if you want to upgrade your Upholstery, like Leather seat covers then you will not be able to do so in the Plus variant as it has Airbags embedded in Front Seats. You may go with Titanium and spend around 10K for Seat Covers and Automatic Headlamps and Automatic Wipers which is there in the Plus model.

With the price difference of about 60k on-road in Bangalore, you will get 6 airbags, rain sensing wipers and smart voice assistant infotainment system. Rest features are mostly same. It's your call.

Titanium plus because even if you make a decision to put the other accessories aftermarket it might cost more than a lakh...its better to go for the plus...
