Q. Which is best Ciaz or Yaris?

Ciaz has more space at the back and is cheaper. But now you get a 2 lakh discount on the 2018 Yaris which makes it a steal. Yaris is much better built, not a Maruti tin can which gets bumped easily, has 7 airbags in the lowest version and comes with cheap but quality Toyota service which beats Maruti service anyday. Also Toyota long term reliability beats Maruti hands down (esp. after 5 years). Just ask any Innova or Etios taxi driver. And Yaris has a far far better suspension, which leads to much better and quieter rides esp. over broken roads despite having a lower ground clearance than Ciaz, and great stability at high speeds (100+) which Maruti can only dream of. In fact Yaris has the best suspension of all including City, Ciaz and Verna, barring the Vento or Linea.

You can't compare Yaris to ciaz.. i am not condemning ciaz, but Yaris is very smooth ,more Powerful than ciaz, sturdy, comfortable, very good safety features ( 7 air bags) , driving comfort is very smooth. road clearance is also good. mileage is satisfactory compared to what company claims. But ciaz is very light, not sturdy as Yaris. only positive is ciaz may give little more mileage than Yaris.

As you already have a city, you can buy Yaris especially CVT as it is powerful, smooth and very safe. Interiors look one segment higher and exterior is very good,like a baby corolla. Reliable service from Toyota.
