Jo | 4 years ago2 ReplyBoth has it's own merits .Dezire comes in petrol diesel and cng ad tour for taxis.It's a value for money package in a swift dezire when petrol variant is a no issue car driving thrill is for the turbo diesel.Amaze on th other hand with the gemi vtec petrolgives you great performance.Diesel is also good.so to summarise for petrol go for amaze diesel dezire .For that posh feel of ownership Amaze scores.Thanks.
Israr | 5 years ago2 ReplyNew amaze is slightly better than swift but a bit expensive than swift as well, I personally believe amaze looks better than swift, amaze's interior looks little funky than dzires interior but that's upto individuals to decide which design they like I can't say which one is better because amaze excels alot in terms of performance and has good handling as well, swift dzire is decent in terms of performance and handling I would like say one thing that swift dzire has upper hand in performance compared to amaze is amaze has skinny tires which in return gives good ride quality and steering response but lacks grip in heavy corner when, dzire has better tires and has a little bit more grip than amaze
Valentine | 5 years ago3 ReplyI have Celerio 2014 vxi variant. After three years it has very annoying body sound as if it had problem with suspension at rear wheels. Vibration in lower gear and while reversing. Driven only 24840. Not happy with build-up n paint quality. I want to exchange it with either Amaze or Dzire but again confused as Dzire has more mikeage (2.4 more per kilo meter) while Amaze has better build-up, design, premier looks and better after sales service. Suzuki has more service centers but more vehicles and always crowded. Again in Amaze you get four power windows and the required features in the base variant ehereas on Dzire you get those in vix only which cost some 80000+ more
Visal | 4 years ago3 ReplyYou cant compare honda and maruti both are miles apart when it comes to Engine and class. Honda never compromises on performance and class, their cars have a longevity which you cat see in Maruthi. I am a proud owner of Amaze 2019 and we have a honda city as well

Swift if you buy top end safety pack.if that done petrol dezire as. amaze don't have the I vtec of Honda city anymore...diesel both are good dezire scores on excellent features and mileage.and resale value.

It has wider dealership network and the cost of spares also seems to be more economical than Amaze. Rest of the things depend upon your priorities. We suggest you take a test drive of both the cars and then make a final decision.

Arit | 4 years ago0 ReplyNew Dzire is not preferable over amaze as it is not very sturdy and strong. Also if you go for automatic amaze stands apart, and as regard to fuel amaze comes in good diesel engine with a CVT.

Dzire is more affordable and should cost less in the maintenance and1be the lighter car, it offers better performance than the Amaze. Honda, on the other hand, has a slight edge1on the cabin space and comes with superior CVT automatic transmission.
Parshuram | 5 years ago2 ReplyI endorse Rahul Dhum`s findings saying- maintenance cost of Swift Dzire is much low, compared to any other vehicle in it`s class and price. I have Swift Dzire model 2013 since July 2013. it is doing well and I have hardly spent any substantial amount on it`s maintenance other than it`s regular upkeep.P.Gautampurkar

Because it offers more comfort than any compact sedan in this range and this car offers a better resale value ,which we should always look while buying a car . And it's a better powerful and heavy bodied vehicle than Honda amaze. Hope the helps good luck.
Ravi | 5 years ago3 ReplyI would like to suggest you for the Amaze according to the performance of it by the Honda powered engine. But Dzire is also better for the economy purposes, I mean to say that this car is perfect from all angles. So you should go for the new Dzire in any variant

You should go for AMAZE, look and build quality much better than Dzire..even the weight of amaze is 200kg more than dzire
