Q. Which one should I buy in the top variant limited plus - petrol or diesel? Is there a more powerful variant in petrol in the future - Compass?

Don't go for Jeep, u can go any other brand, my personal experience with Jeep is terrible.Diesel and petrol depends on how many kms your daily drive is, if less than 50km then definitely petrol

If you drive monthly about 2000 km or more, it makes sense to go for diesel. Otherwise petrol limited plus gives you good performance with somewhat higher fuel bill.

You should go for the diesel engine as it gives better milage and better performance and torque.i have a jeep compass limited plus 2.0 diesel engine which gave 14 AVG. before servicing and now after servicing it gives 16 AVG.but on the other hand the petrol engine gives only 8 AVG.
