Q. Why tata nexon is not better than vitara brezza?
54.7K Views Follow Question Add Answer63 AnswersShyam | 3 years agoNexon looks like an upgraded Indica, well most of the tata cars do. Brezza looks more close to a proper SUV. 4 cylinder engine vs 3 cylinder is always debatable. But Suzuki is known for its refinement.Maruti cars age grace fully, and a torque converter automatic is definitely better than the one offered in Nexon.Nexon is still the best alternative to Brezza, I have booked a Brezza automatic Top end and I am waiting eagerly to get it in my parking.
Sudhanshu | 4 years agoTata's build quality has always been strong, we all know this, although I agree that the Brezza is better in terms of service But the question is will you take the Maruti's Brezza to the service center repeatedly because of weak build quality or skip many months without servicing of Nexon due to strong build quality of Tata.

Does maruti make own engine?they are using Fiat engine from last 15 years. and you are talking about refinement. brezza has lower ground clearance than mein. brezza is just a waste of money. no good music system no quality driving and no ruggedness. but Tata has all and everything. Think and collect information before saying Nexon an indica
Siddharth | 5 years agoAll right!!Now that you want to know where Brezza scores better than Nexon, then here is my list 1. After sale service of Maruti Suzuki is an inch ahead of Tata.Hence Brezza would be a machine to be relied upon.2. Resale value of Brezza would always be better compared to Nexon and that's because of Point-1.3. Some people like the Boxy design of Brezza over the Curvy Nexon. This us purely on personal choice. When it comes to drive pleasure, Nexon diesel is far superior to Brezza. When it comes to interior quality, Nexon is better than Brezza for sure.
Raghunandan | 2 years ago@ Shyam | Nexon looks like an upgraded Indica, well most of the tata cars do. Brezza looks more close to a proper SUV. 4 cylinder engine vs 3 cylinder is always debatable. Tata has turbo charged engine which is not offered in brezza Pickup is 120 hp and 170 nm torque that too 5500rpm where as brezza offers 107hp and 136 nm torque at 6000rpmNo cool glove box offered in brezzaNexon has best in class music systemTalk about proper suv First is suspension where you have common McPherson strut which you even get in Alto where as Nexon has independent twist beam torsion control suspensionSo brezza is not even 10 percent of Nexon in terms of suv
Raghunandan | 2 years ago@ Pratik | Jaguar and LL are British owned cars and not Tata made. Performance of Breeza and Resale value is highest in industry. That’s why Suzuki leads the SUV segment and will lead no matter how much an upgraded india “nexon” gets owned.
Get your facts right Suzuki leads in suv segment? How many suv have they built just one that is vitara which was a flop so they tried with mid segment suv that is brezza and to be very particular the look is suv but it doesn't have any quality what a suv should haveNo independent suspension,No safety measures,No traction control,No 4x4,No hill assistance ,No automic rain or wiper sensons,I mean it's a waste car or a rin soap in a dove box
Subhrojit | 4 years agoSheer driving pleasure, proper SUV look and the new powerful 1.5 litre k15B petrol engine makes Brezza a better choice. Also unlike other Maruti cars, the Vitara Brezza is fully Indian made and designed and it's build quality is pretty decent
Abhijeet | 3 years ago@ Shyam | Nexon looks like an upgraded Indica, well most of the tata cars do. Brezza looks more close to a proper SUV. 4 cylinder engine vs 3 cylinder is always debatable. You're saying a company which makes tin cans with poor grade material to increase mileage is better than a company which makes Jaguars and Land rovers. Nexon is an extremely safe car with loaded features if put in comparison with Brezza.
Sohil | 3 years agoI will go with Nexon as it provides tons of safety as compared to vitara Brezza. maruti is worthless in terms of safety. even maruti with base model hardly get any safety features. apart from abs and ebd, vitara breeze doesn't have any safety features. even basic model doesn't provide airbags. also it has only received 3 star rating.
Abhik | 3 years ago@ Shyam | Nexon looks like an upgraded Indica, well most of the tata cars do. Brezza looks more close to a proper SUV. 4 cylinder engine vs 3 cylinder is always debatable. I would rather choose upgraded Indica than to so called proper Suv, as tata doesn't cheat the customers also govt by adding mild hybrid technology and charge some extra bucks. But the customers aren't getting any benefits from the so called technology. So, upgraded tank ie Indica is always my first preference
Abhimanyu | 5 years agoNexon is better than Vitara Brezza ,looks, build quality, features, handling, ride quality and safety are matchless in the segment. You just sit on rear seats you will feel and like it immediately. Only thing it's not boxy instead an advanced design philosophy so some may not feel it that familiar otherwise it's car you will love once you will own it.

What's the use of service quality..age .. engine and gearbox of you lose your life by sitting in one of those Suzuki tin can cars..there no car in Suzuki which offer more than two airbags
Gaurav | 1 year agoI am faculty of Automobile engineering in B.Tech as well as M.Tech. Beside this I am training students for Volkswagen brand vehicle both Skoda as well as Audi since 2015. Well aware with build quality and also teaches students about modern technologies ,hence gone for TATA Nexon in Jan 2023. I think this is sufficient reply.

What do you think tata makes cars on mars. Maruti suzuki is taking the whole technology from Japan. Tata is also taking taking technology form land rover but not the whole.
Rishabh | 3 years ago@ Sudhanshu | Tata's build quality has always been strong, we all know this, although I agree that the Brezza is better in terms of service But the question is will you take the Maruti's Brezza to the service center repeatedly because of weak build quality or skip many months without servicing of Nexon due to strong build quality of Tata.
You certainly don't know about style and design .... do you mate ? The nexon is styled as a coupe suv something on jaguar platform which the body brezza just can't takeover
Balajee | 3 years ago@ Harsh | Nexon is far better than Brezza in terms of everything... Choose safer cars.. And Go for Indian Brand then something else
Rightly said...Choose safer car rather than mileage car...A person who spend 10lakh and buy a tin cane just for mileage and service than its a bad idea
Vairam | 4 years ago@ Subhrojit | Sheer driving pleasure, proper SUV look and the new powerful 1.5 litre k15B petrol engine makes Brezza a better choice. Also unlike other Maruti cars, the Vitara Brezza is fully Indian made and designed and it's build quality is pretty decent
Today I have verified the Brezza 2020, Body build quality is strong compare to other vehicles in maruti. I would prefer worth buy brezza in this segment..

Maruti is pure box made of tin they only think about mileage and Tata engine is more greater than Maruti. I think you would have heard the name of land rover

Cars go to service centers largely due to poor engine quality, suzuki is far better in that aspect comparing Tata, secondly Tata has lot of glitches, so given a choice between Brezza and Nexon. Nexon owners will have more frequent visits to service centers....

Manu | 2 years agoNexon is far better than brezza in terms of safety and engine. The 1200cc turbo gives Nexon a powerful power supply to sustain the car torque even in steeper pathways. Brezza is no doubt better in looks but being it lesser in safety I would recommend Nexon.
R00tk1t | 3 years agoBreeza is way ahead engineered car in terms of drivability , engine & reliability. 4 cylinder engine ensures longer run and more refinement as compared to 3 cylinder engine (Nexon)
Ashish | 3 years ago@ Sudhanshu | Tata's build quality has always been strong, we all know this, although I agree that the Brezza is better in terms of service But the question is will you take the Maruti's Brezza to the service center repeatedly because of weak build quality or skip many months without servicing of Nexon due to strong build quality of Tata.
Breeza has 4 star NCAP rating which suggest it doesn't have weak build quality. further, in last 5 years breeza has been one of top selling compact SUVs.
Pradhuman | 3 years ago@ Sohil | I will go with Nexon as it provides tons of safety as compared to vitara Brezza. maruti is worthless in terms of safety. even maruti with base model hardly get any safety features. apart from abs and ebd, vitara breeze doesn't have any safety features. even basic model doesn't provide airbags. also it has only received 3 star rating.
I think you should update yourself because in Global NCAP BREEZA received 4 stars and is more reliable and safe compared to most of the Compact SUVs out there.

Comparing Breeza a coke tin can vs Tank bulit nexon. tata has made standard in safety of life is precious Tata is the choice
Pinky | 1 year agoIts just once preference, both Nexon and Brezza has its own pros and cons. I just booked new Brezza as it is better for city drive though if it were for High way I would have preferred Nexon
Ashok | 4 years agoYes no doubt Nexon really awesome creation i drove both but Nexon BS VI is much better....

Good reply, but If u r buying the car for parking, better donot waste money, invest the same in maruti shares, if u want to drive and enjoy then only buy the car...
Ajay | 1 year agoSuzuki had best after sales and is reliable. Thats enough for me. The day tata becomes 'customer first' motor company then may be i will think of shortlisting tata.

Nexon is best in class safety and comfort. don't go by look. and fall for a paper boat
Pawan | 4 years agoIn my view, for Tata cars/MUV ,their maintenance r vital issue, even in Delhi
