The e-Vitara retains its two global battery options, offering a claimed range of over 500 km, but skips the all-wheel-drive configuration.

The ongoing Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, unarguably the largest motorshow in the country, has showcased a long lineup of electric vehicles, with some already heading to the Indian market and others teasing their arrival. But among this impressive electric lineup, what truly stood out was the EV debutant from India’s own conglomerate, Maruti Suzuki. Yes, we’re talking about the e Vitara in this report. From its exterior to its interior, we’ll dive into every detail. So, without further ado, let’s get started with a thorough looks checkout—pun intended, in the right way—up next.

Maruti Suzuki e Vitara Overview

First things first, the e-Vitara is offered in a total of 10 colour options, including 6 monotone and 4 dual-tone hues, giving buyers plenty of choices.

The e-Vitara boasts a rugged yet sophisticated design. From the front, its aggressive nose immediately grabs attention, featuring a prominent brand logo set within a shape reminiscent of Iron Man’s arc reactor. The sleek LED headlights are paired with Y-shaped DRLs, giving the SUV a menacing look. Below, the fog lamps are neatly tucked into the slats of the small grille, adding to its bold persona.

The side profile showcases a rounded and curvy silhouette with body-colored ORVMs and thick black cladding around the wheel arches, emphasizing its SUV stance. The chonky body cladding and traditional door handles blend well, while the rear door handles are cleverly hidden near the window panel, adding a touch of uniqueness.

At the rear, the design is equally striking, with a connected light bar accentuated by Y-shaped LED inserts, mirroring the front. The e-Vitara moniker is placed just below Suzuki’s iconic ‘S’ badge. Additional elements like a shark-fin antenna, rear defogger, and rear wiper complete the rear design.

Step inside, and the cabin carries a dark and sporty vibe with a black and tan theme, complemented by semi-leatherette upholstery. The dashboard features a bold and dynamic layout with a large dual-screen unit floating in the center, serving both the infotainment and driver display functions. The two-spoke steering wheel, though unconventional in shape, exudes sportiness and comes with mounted controls for ease of use.
