Popular South Korean video game publisher Krafton has collaborated with Indian automaker Mahindra to include the BE 6 SUV in the famous Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) game, formerly called PUBG. Players will get an in-game experience of driving the BE 6 and using it for various mansions and tasks, starting from January 16, 2025.
Players also get a chance of winning an actual (real-world) BE 6 on completing various missions and levels in the game. The attractive SUV would surely make the game even more appealing, however, it would be interesting to see a Thar in BGMI in the future as it would be ideal for the hilly landscapes in the game.
Apart from interacting with the in-game BE 6, players also get access to new themed items such as Quantum and Chrono Charge suits, accessories like the Neon Drop BE 6 Parachute, Flashvault BE 6 Backpack, the Volt Tracer Gun, and SparkStrike Pan. On completing exclusive events, you also get special Mahindra event crates.
Seddharth Merrotra, Head of Business Development at KRAFTON India, said, “This collaboration represents a significant step in delivering localized and immersive experiences for Indian gamers.” Moreover, we believe that a futuristic and attractive SUV like the BE 6 would be ideal for a modern gaming experience and in-game interactions.
The BE 6 is Mahindra’s latest electric SUV, priced from Rs 18.9 lakh to Rs 26.9 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in three variants, and bookings for the Pack 3 variants are set to begin from February 14, 2025. The schedule for booking other variants will be revealed in March.
Overall, the BE features attractive styling with a futuristic design approach with modern elements. The interior feels premium and sporty, while also being loaded to the brim with all the features you would need. The top ones include dual 12.3-inch displays, two wireless phone chargers, an illuminated panoramic sunroof, augmented reality heads-up display, dual-zone climate control, auto park, level 2+ADAS and as many as 7 airbags.
