Ultraviolette Automotive recently launched the F77 Superstreet in India. Being an electric motorcycle it comes with a number of exciting features to make it even more appealing for an average Indian consumer. Lets have a closer look at all the available features of the F77 Superstreet.
Battery Pack
The Ultraviolette F77 Superstreet gets a 7.1kWh battery pack with a peak output of 36.2PS and 90Nm. Superstreet uses an all aluminum IP-67 rated enclosure for the battery pack. It takes 3 hours to get charged from 20 to 80% using the standard charger and 1hour and 30 minutes using the Boost charger. It is capable of charging from 20 to 80% in 45minutes using the Ultraviolette Supernova plus, which is a 12kW DC fast charger available at Ultraviolette charging networks.
Instrument Console
The Ultraviolette F77 Superstreet has a 5-inch multi function TFT display which can be operated using the buttons on the handlebar. This display runs on the Ultraviolette Automotive Linux OS. It shows all the crucial information like speed, time, battery percentage, range, side stand warning, riding modes, traction control and trip information. Using Bluetooth connectivity, it can be paired with your smartphone which enables features like turn-by-turn navigation and SMS/call alerts.
Electronics
The Ultraviolette F77 Superstreet comes loaded with electronic rider aids which not only make it safer to ride, but also gives more confidence to the rider to get closer to its maximum potential. It gets dual channel ABS with option to disable the ABS on the rear wheel. The hill hold feature is kept standard but traction control is available as an optional extra. The F77 Superstreet gets dynamic stability control as an added safety feature. Other features include an auto-dimming headlight, front and rear hazard lights and a sidestand sensor. One of the most important features of the F77 Superstreet is its Dynamic Regenerative braking. There are 3 levels of intensity for regenerative braking as standard and additional 10 levels as an option.
Riding Modes
Ultraviolette has given the F77 Superstreet 3 riding modes to use its 36.2PS of peak power efficiently. The 3 modes being: Glide, Combat and Ballistic. The Glide mode is the least powerful mode and provides maximum efficiency while losing out on outride performance. Combat mode provides the perfect balance between performance and efficiency. And as the name suggests, in Ballistic mode, the F77 Superstreet uses all of its power without much focus on efficiency. According to Ultraviolette, the claimed range in all three modes will be: 183km in Glide, 144km in Combart and 128km in Ballistic mode. The F77 Superstreet also uses a ride-by-wire throttle setup which ensures smooth power delivery in every ride mode.
Other Optional Features
Although the F77 Superstreet comes absolutely loaded in terms of standard features, there are still optional features which one can opt for making the F77 Superstreet more loaded.
The optional Smart Tech pack includes safety features like delta watch, lockdown, anti-collision warning, crash alert and daily ride analytics. Optional features also include a TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System).
The Ultraviolette F77 Superstreet is priced at Rs 2,99,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). For the same price, even the standard model of the F77 Superstreet comes pretty much loaded to the brim in terms of tech and features. But if you want your bike to be a little more hi-tec than usual, then opting for all the optional features will make sense to you.
