First showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo, this production-ready model’s bookings are underway and here are its variant-wise prices:

Vayve Eva: Design

The Eva is a tiny electric car, similar to a quadricycle. It's comparable to the Citroen Ami available internationally, but even smaller than the MG Comet EV, except for its length and wheelbase.

Vayve Eva: Interior and Features

Additional features include a glass roof and a 6-way powered driver’s seat. For safety, the Eva comes with a single driver’s airbag.

Vayve Eva: Powertrain

The Eva is powered by a 14 kWh battery pack with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, paired with a rear-mounted electric motor. The motor generates 8.15 PS and 40 Nm of torque, offering a top speed of 70 kmph and a 0-40 km/h acceleration time of 5 seconds. The claimed range is 250 km on a single charge.

In terms of charging, the Eva supports both AC and DC charging. It takes 4 hours to charge up to 80% using a 15A socket, while a CCS2 DC charger achieves the same in 45 minutes. The fast-charging feature provides an impressive 50 km of range in just 5 minutes of charging. A standout feature of the Eva is its solar roof, which generates power from solar energy, adding an additional 3,000 km of range annually, or 10 km daily.

Vayve Eva: Rivals

The Eva’s bookings are already open. While it currently has no direct rivals, the closest competitor in the market would be the MG Comet EV.
