Ever since reservations for the 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift began on 2 January 2024, the SUV moniker has garnered over one lakh bookings indicating its high success in the Indian market within just 3 months of its launch.
Notably, Hyundai says the sunroof-equipped models and connected car variants account for 71 percent and 52 percent of the total bookings, respectively.
The Creta proved immensely popular, selling 16,458 units in March alone, marking one of the highest monthly sales volume ever recorded for the nameplate since its introduction in 2015. Additionally, the Korean automaker recently announced that the Creta has surpassed the milestone of 1 million sales since its introduction.
The 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift marks a significant update for the second-generation model. This midlife refresh includes a revamped exterior design, a significantly upgraded interior with enhanced premium features, and the introduction of a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine. Furthermore, Hyundai has also introduced the N Line variant of the Creta, offering a sportier rendition of the standard model. This N Line model features a more dynamic design, a black interior adorned with N Line-specific design elements, a manual gearbox paired with the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, and significant mechanical enhancements for a more engaging driving experience. The 2024 Hyundai Creta starts at Rs 11 lakh for the standard model, whereas the N Line variants start at Rs 16.82 lakh (ex-showroom). It competes directly with models like the Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Honda Elevate, Skoda Kushaq, VW Taigun, and MG Astor.
