Receives the fully digital instrument console from the NS400Z
The 2025 Pulsar RS200 has been fully leaked ahead of its imminent launch. This update marks the first major update for the bike in a long while. The updated model brings several fresh features while maintaining the iconic look that has made it a popular choice among enthusiasts. As the brand's only fully-faired sports bike, the Pulsar RS200 has a dedicated following.
Design Changes
While the overall design of the Pulsar RS200 remains largely unchanged, the rear end has received some notable updates. The new integrated tail-replaces the previous kite-shaped unit. Additionally, the rear tyre hugger has also been redesigned. The leaked images also reveal a new white colour with red striping colour scheme. So, we can expect the 2025 model to receive other new colours as well.
Feature Updates
The 2025 Pulsar RS200 gets a new, fully digital instrument cluster, same as the one seen on the Pulsar NS400Z. The console includes Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts.
Underpinnings
The 2025 Pulsar RS200 will most probably carry forward the same 199.5cc engine without any mechanical changes. This motor produces 24.4PS and 18.7Nm, and comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox. Other than that, the bike looks to continue with the same perimeter frame and suspension setup as before, with a telescopic front fork and a monoshock. The exhaust cannot be seen, but we think it will retain the same underbelly unit.
Rivals
The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 competes with other bikes in the faired sport bike segment, including the Yamaha R15 V4, Suzuki Gixxer SF250, and the Hero Karizma XMR 210.
