Ducati India has revealed the price of the updated Ducati Streetfighter V4 S to be Rs 28,00,000 (ex-showroom). The manufacturer has also announced on its social media handle that the bike will be available from March 12, 2024.
This monster of a streetfighter (pardon the pun), which is basically a Ducati Panigale V4 without the fairing, still looks menacing as ever with the sleek LED headlight design and the winglets below the tank extensions. It is available in two colour options: Ducati Red and the new Grey Nero. It is powered by the 1,103cc, liquid-cooled, V4 engine producing 208PS and 123Nm. Ducati says that the engine has been recalibrated to match the larger diameter of the silencer outlet, which was in turn done to reduce the exhaust back pressure.
Suspension duties are taken care of by a 43mm inverted fork and a monoshock, both semi-active, fully adjustable units from Ohlins. Braking duties are taken care of by dual 330mm front discs with Brembo Monobloc Stylema 4-piston calipers and a 245m rear disc with a 2-piston caliper. The swingarm pivot has now been positioned 4mm higher and Ducati says it will help in increasing stability while exiting corners.

It comes decked out with features such as four engine power modes: Full, High, Medium and Low and a new Wet riding mode which limits the power output to 160PS and softens the suspension a bit to enhance grip on wet surfaces. Key rider aids include cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control among others. The streetfighter comes equipped with the same 5-inch TFT instrument console as the Panigale V4. Compared to the previous instrument console, it now gets revised graphics and a Track Evo display mode.
