The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar features new connected lighting elements and an all-new dashboard layout, which is similar to the one on the Creta
The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar will be launched next month, and the automaker has now revealed both the exterior and interior designs of the three-row SUV. The Alcazar facelift features a refreshed design with modern LED lighting elements on the outside and a new dashboard layout inside. Let’s compare how it looks against the outgoing version.
Front
The fascia of both versions of the Alcazar looks significantly different from each other. While the outgoing Alcazar appears curvier, the new model looks bolder due to its flat, rectangular grille featuring three slats. With the facelift, the 2024 Alcazar also features a new front bumper with a prominent silver skid plate, and a radar in the centre of the bumper indicates the inclusion of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
With the old Alcazar, you had split LED DRLs and dual-barrel projector headlights, whereas the new Alcazar gets H-shaped LED DRLs that are connected by a glowing LED strip. The headlight housing on the 2024 Alcazar is identical to that of the 2024 Hyundai Creta.
Side
Not much has changed along the sides, as both versions have a similar silhouette and the same glass panels. However, the outgoing Alcazar features a side step for easier ingress and egress, whereas the facelifted version has a contrasting silver skid plate below the doors.
Another notable difference between the two SUVs are the alloy wheels. Although they are the same size – 18 inches –the facelifted Alcazar features restyled alloys.
Rear
The 2024 Alcazar has received significant changes over its outgoing version at the rear as well. These include new connected LED tail lights and a more prominent bumper with a silver skid plate. The outgoing version featured tail lights connected by a chrome strip with the ‘Alcazar’ branding, while the facelifted version gets the same branding on a black strip instead.
Also, the roof spoiler has also been redesigned and it now integrates longer high-mounted brake lights. Both versions of the Alcazar however get the same dual-tip exhausts.

Interior
From the inside, the 2024 Hyundai Alcazar features an all-new dashboard borrowed from the facelifted Hyundai Creta. Compared to the outgoing Alcazar, the 2024 model comes with sleeker and repositioned AC vents, an updated centre console, and an integrated dual-screen setup (comprising 10.25-inch screens each). While the current-spec Alcazar also has screens of the same size, they are not integrated. The updated Alcazar also features a dual-tone brown and dark blue theme with contrasting silver elements along the dashboard and centre console.
As before, the Alcazar facelift will continue to be offered in both 6- and 7-seater configurations. In the 6-seater version, the 2024 Alcazar now offers individual armrests for both passengers in the second row, unlike the fixed armrest in the current Alcazar.
In terms of features, the 2024 Alcazar comes with a dual-zone AC, electric boss mode (in 6-seater only), ventilated front and second-row seats (latter in 6-seater variants only), wireless phone chargers in both first and second row, and 8-way powered front seats with memory function for driver’s seat. It will also get amenities like panoramic sunroof, Bose sound system, and multi-colour ambient lighting.
The passenger safety on the new Alcazar will be taken care of by 6 airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), a 360-degree camera, and ADAS.
