Here’re All This Week’s Biggest Two-wheeler News News In One Spot

This week saw a lot of happenings in the two-wheeler world from launches and spy shots to festival dates being announced. If you have missed out on all the two-wheeler news stories this week, here’s a quick recap to get you up to speed:

1. Launches:

BMW M100 R

BMW Motorrad has launched the M 1000 R and M 1000 R Competition in India and they look hot and menacing. They’ll be brought in as CBUs (Completely Built Units), with eye-watering price tags. 

Kawasaki Ninja e-1 and Z e-1

Kawasaki launched the e-1 and Z e-1 electric motorcycles in the US. Both electric motorcycles get styling inspired by their ICE-powered siblings, the Ninja 400 and Z 400. 

Yamaha FZ-S FI V4 

The Yamaha FZ-S FI V4 has received two new colour options and both are Rs 500 more affordable than the DLX variant. 

2024 Ducati DesertX Rally 

Ducati has unveiled a variant of the DesertX called the DesertX Rally and it looks like a straight-up Dakar bike. Apart from the livery, it also gets mechanical changes like extra suspension travel at both ends, increased seat height and more. 

2. RE Classic 650 Spied Again

The upcoming Royal Enfield Classic 650 has been spied again. It is based on the Super Meteor 650’s platform and gets the Classic 350’s iconic styling. 

3. More Affordable Bajaj Chetak Spied

A more affordable variant of the Bajaj Chetak has been spied testing this week. Changes include a new swingarm equipped with a hub-mounted motor and more. 

4. Harley-Davidson X440 Deliveries To Commence Soon

Harley-Davidson has announced that deliveries for customers who have already booked the X440 will start from October 15, and also revealed details about a new booking window. 

5. TVS MotoSoul 3.0 Dates Revealed

TVS has announced that the 2023 MotoSoul 3.0 biking festival will be held in Goa between December 8 and 9, 2023. Here’s what to expect from the event.
