Here’s When You Can Book The New Honda Elevate In India

• Honda Elevate bookings to commence in July. 
• Launch slated to happen in the upcoming festive season. 
• India will be the first country where Elevate will go on sale.

Honda Cars India has finally taken the wraps off its newest model, the Elevate. It’s after almost seven years we’re seeing a brand new Honda in India and it’s a model the carmaker aims to gain a firm foothold with in the SUV space. And if you’re having your eyes on the new Honda Elevate, we are bringing you the bookings commencement and launch timeline. 

Honda Cars India will open official bookings for the Elevate in July, though select dealers across the country are already taking unofficial reservations. And as for its price announcement, that will take place in India in the upcoming festive season. The Elevate will be first launched on our shores before making its way to other markets. 

The Honda Elevate gets a nice upright styling with plenty of design touches giving it a nice SUV-like vibe. Even its interior is nice and upmarket with the use of dual-tone black/brown colour scheme and a floating touchscreen infotainment system. As for its engine options, the Elevate will initially be offered with a 121PS 1.5-litre petrol engine, teamed with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT. There won’t be a diesel engine option, but we do suspect the 126PS 1.5-litre strong-hybrid powertrain to be introduced at a later stage. 

The Honda Elevate is expected to be priced from around Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom). It will rival the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Grand Vitara and upcoming Citroen C3 Aircross.
