Honda Cars India Will Launch The Elevate SUV On This Date

• Honda Elevate confirmed for India launch on September 04. 
• It will be offered in four broad trims: SV, V, VX and ZX. 
• Gets 121PS 1.5-litre petrol engine, paired with 6-speed MT and CVT. 
• Notable features include 10.25-inch infotainment, semi-digital instrument cluster and ADAS. 
• We expect prices to kick off around Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom).

Eager to know when Honda will announce prices of the Elevate in India? The Japanese marque has confirmed that the launch will take place on September 04. Pre-launch bookings are underway and the compact SUV has started arriving at dealerships. We suspect test drives to be commenced soon as well. 

The upcoming Honda Elevate will come in four broad trims: SV, V, VX and ZX. The manual transmission is standard across the range, while automatic is limited to top three, taking the total variant count to seven. Powering the Honda Elevate is the tried and tested 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine belting out 121PS and 145Nm. It’s geared using a 6-speed manual or a CVT. There won’t be an alternate engine option at the moment, but later down the road, Honda will introduce an all-electric Elevate. 

In terms of features, the Elevate checks almost all boxes with a semi-digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a single-pane sunroof, wireless phone charger and automatic climate control. Passenger safety is taken care of by up to six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control and most importantly, ADAS.
