It has taken Lamborghini nearly nine months to deliver the first unit of the Huracan Tecnica in India, but it has finally done it. The Tecnica avatar of the Huracan was launched in August 2022 carrying a price tag of Rs 4.04 crore (ex-showroom). And now, nine months later, the first unit that has been delivered in India sports Bianco Monocerus (white) shade along with black elements for a contrasting look. The brake callipers get an eye-catching Neon Green shade, which really pops out from within the stylish 20-inch alloys.
The Tecnica derivative sits between the EVO RWD and STO in the Huracan lineup and offers a blend of both worlds without being as unforgiving as the highly potent and aggressive STO variant. More details about its driving dynamics and mechanics can be found here.
It is driven using the rear wheels only via a 5.2-litre naturally-aspirated V10 producing 640PS and 565Nm. A 7-speed DCT takes care of transmission duties and its slick shifts help it clock 0-100kmph in 3.2 seconds. It’ll take you to speeds of 325kmph, that is if you’ve got the balls to try it out.

The launch of the Tecnica was followed by the launch of the most bizarre iteration of the Huracan ever - the Steratto - just a few months later. It’s an off road-ready Huracan on stilts. Our congratulations (read hidden jealousy here) to the latest and probably one of the last owner(s) of this dying breed of pure V10s made by Lamborghini.

Priced at Rs 4.04 crore, the Huracan Tecnica is a tad bit cheaper than the Sterrato, which is sold at Rs 4.61 crore (ex-showroom). It takes the fight to the Mclaren 720s, Ferrari 296 GTB and the Porsche 911 GT3.
